Banquet
The conference banquet will be held on Sep. 6th (Thu) from 18:00 (tentative) at Gifu Miyako Hotel (adjacent to the coference venue). The menu includes Japanese traditional foods with drinks.
Fee: JPY 8,000 (Regular) / JPY 4,000 (Student)
We are looking forward to an enjoyable and informative conference.
Please take note of the following when preparing your presentations.
<Oral Presentations>
Presentation language: English
Presentation Time:
Plenary lecturers: 40 min (please leave about 5 min for discussion)
Invited lecturers: 30 min (please leave about 5 min for discussion)
Oral presenters: 15 min (please leave a few min for discussion)

Output Connection to Projector:
Please use your own laptop with a D-sub 15 pin mini or HDMI output, which will be connected to a projector through the switcher apparatus at the PC desk in the session room. Mac and surface users should bring a RGB (D-sub 15pin mini) or HDMI adapter.
*Audio output equipment is NOT available.
* Please bring a memory storage device including your presentation file for back-up. Committee will prepare Windows PC only.
* Connection trouble will reduce your presentation time. Please be sure if your PC is well functionalized.
Setting:
Adjust the settings to prevent activation of the screen saver or power-saving mode.
Stand-by & Previewing:
Please bring your laptop to the PC desk near the podium in the session room (Main Hall) at least 15 minutes before your presentation for previewing. And sit on the stand-by seat.
To prepare for battery exhaustion, please be sure to bring an AC adaptor. Electric power in Gifu is provided at 100V, 60Hz. Plug type is A, which has two flat pug holes.
Please use your own laptop.
<Poster Presentations>
Each poster should be no larger than 35 inches (900 mm) in the
horizontal and 63 inches (1600 mm) in the vertical.
Standard poster size is A0 (width: 841 mm, height: 1189 mm).
Poster number and pushpins will be provided.
Poster Presentation Program for printing
As indicated in the program, all posters will be presented on Wednesday
(Sept. 5th) during15:45-17:35 at 1F Citizen's Gallery and Atrium Lobby.
Poster display is available for the period below.
9:00 on September 5 (Wed) -- 17:00 on September 6 (Thu)
Any posters remaining after 17:00 on September 6 will be removed and
disposed by the secretariat.
