Overview of Research
Nanobiodevice is a piece of contrivance, equipment, machine, or component, which is created by the overlapping multidisciplinary activities associated with nanotechnology and biotechnology, intended for biological, medical, and clinical purposes. The research efforts in my laboratory have been focused on the development of novel nanodevices, nanomatrials, and nanotechnologies intended for biomedical applications, including single DNA molecule sequencing, genome analysis, proteome analysis, single cancer cell diagnosis, exosome cancer diagnosis, biomarker detections, cancer theranostics, iPS cell in vivo imaging, stem cell therapy, tissue engineering, and gene delivery system
Research Subjects
- Nano- and Quantum-Nanobiodevices for Single Biomolecular Chemistry and Future Medicine
- Single Genomic DNA Analysis and Single Cell Analysis in Nano- and Micro-Spaces
- Nanobiodevice-based Single Cancer Cell Diagnosis and Cancer Theranostics
- Quantum Switching in vivo Imaging of iPS Cell and Tissue Engineering
