Chemistry as a Career

Main places of employment and higher education in which students can actively participate

The percentage of students entering graduate school is around 85%–90%. After graduation, they actively participate in all industries, including chemistry-related enterprises. There are also many graduates who participate actively as researchers in universities and national and public research organizations. In light of the recent active development and application of new materials, places of employment have expanded to fields such as in electronics, automobiles, precision machines, information/communication, etc., including chemistry-related enterprises. The number of graduates studying abroad and participating internationally in technical guidance and joint research is increasing every year.
