Call for Papers

Submissions of papers for oral and poster presentations covering all aspects of chirality are welcome from scientists, engineers, researchers and practitioners world-wide.

We are striving to ensure the broadest possible coverage of recent advances. In order for the scientific committee to develop appropriate oral and poster sessions for the program, we strongly encourage you to submit your abstract online through our web site. The deadlines to submit abstracts are posted under “Important Dates.”

Oral Presentations (Closed)

Closing date for abstract submission is 31 March 2010. About thirty oral presentations of 20 minutes each will be organized. After evaluation and approval by the committee, authors will be notified.

Poster Presentations (Closed)

Closing date for abstract submission has been extended to May 29th, 2010. After that date, it may not be possible to include the abstract in the conferences abstract book.

The conference will have two poster sessions. Posters will be on display throughout the conference, from Monday morning to Wednesday morning.

The poster area will be accessible throughout the conference. Coffee breaks will be at the poster and exhibition areas.

Posters should consist of a single sheet of paper (or assembled on a sheet). Poster-boards and -grids are 90 cm wide and 210 cm height.

Abstracts

Please submit 1-page abstract as an attachment for a poster session or a short oral session (you will have the option to pick your preference during the submission process: your preference will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.) The 1-page abstracts in English will be published in black-and-white in the symposium booklet that every participant will receive.

Abstract should be submitted in OFFICE WORD format and also in PDF

Size: One, white, A4 page
Margins: 25 mm from the left and right, and at the top and bottom
Title: Centered, Bold capital letters, Times New Roman 12 point
Author(s): Centered, Presenting author underlined, Times New Roman 12 point
Affiliation(s) and full address (es): Centered, Italic, 11 point, In the case of different affiliations of the authors, specify with superscript 1, 2, etc., E-mail address of corresponding author.
Main Text: Times New Roman 12 point, Left and right justified, No indentation
Figures: Located within the text
References: Placed in square brackets [1, 2, ...] in the text and cited at the bottom of the abstract.
